Duties:

Our research is focused on developing technologies for climate change resilient plant agriculture. Two postdoctoral positions are available immediately study molecular mechanisms of action plant- biostimulants using model plants and crop plants.  Post-doctoral fellows will be involved in collaborative project on metabolic pathways and gene networks that affect plant biostimulant mediated abiotic stress (salinity, temperature, and drought) tolerance in plants. The successful candidates will be encouraged to participate in undergraduate/graduate teaching in his/her area of specialization and opportunity to supervise research. Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have Ph.D. degree (completed within the last three years years) in Plant Biology, Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry or a related discipline with demonstrated experience in plant molecular biology / plant physiology. Superior communication skills are essential. The position is initially for two year with a possible extension based on performance and productivity.

Salary:              Commensurate with education and experience.
