A Senior Scientific Assistant position is available at UVic Biology’s Electron Microscope Facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in transmission electron microscopy and associated sample prep and image processing methods. The Senior Scientific Assistant is responsible for maintaining the facility and its equipment, as well as train graduate students and researchers. They also carry out research projects in collaboration with researchers in Biology or other departments.
